On April 19, 2024, the Scientific and Production Company "Drilling Equipment" (NPK BO), part of the Aurora Group of Companies, officially joined the national project "Labor Productivity".

This is an important initiative aimed at increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of Russian enterprises.

This step opens up new opportunities for improving the efficiency of production and the competitiveness of our enterprise.

The national project "Labor Productivity" aims to ensure by 2024 an annual labor productivity growth rate of at least 5% in medium and large enterprises of basic non-resource sectors of the economy.

The overall increase in labor productivity at participating enterprises should be at least 20% compared to the base year of 2017.

Participation in the project will provide NPK BO of Aurora Group with the following advantages:

Targeted support and methodological guidance:

Formation of a system of methodological and organizational support for increasing labor productivity;
Creation of best practice samples;
Development of a specialized IT platform;
Establishment of regional competence centers;
Training in lean manufacturing tools;
Training of internal trainers.

Financial incentives and preferential lending;
Creation of a system for training qualified personnel;
Overcoming administrative barriers;
Reducing regulatory burden;
Export support.

The implementation of advanced management technologies, optimization of production processes, and staff training within the framework of the national project will allow NPK BO of Aurora Group to increase labor productivity, reduce costs, increase production output, and profitability.

This, in turn, will strengthen the company's position in the market and open new development prospects.
